Size Reference Chart – measurement

These collars are measured from the end of the buckle to the first hole and to the last hole. The adjustment from the first hole to the last is 5 cm. There are five holes. To measure for your dog, use a cloth tape measure or a piece of string and measure snugly, but not tightly around your dog's neck. This will be the small length of the collar. This leaves up to 5 cm to lengthen the collar to make it fit comfortably.

Size 12 collar:     30.5cm – 35.5cm

Size 14 collar:     35.5 – 40.5 cm

Sizes 8 and 10 are 2.2 cm wide and taper down to 1.6 cm at the buckle

Sizes 12 and 14 are 2.5 cm wide and taper down to 1.6 cm at the buckle

Sizes 16 and 18 are 3.2 cm wide and taper down to 2.2 cm at the buckle

All leads are 146 cm long and are available in either 1.3 cm - suitable for size 12 collar and below, or 1.9 cm wide -suitable for size 14 collar and above.

Examples

A snug (comfortable) neck measurement of 30.5 cm would be a size 12 - 14 collar.

A snug (comfortable) neck measurement of 39.5 cm would be a size 16 - 18 collar.
