From this page you will have all the necessary information to return an item in the event that you don't like it or it doesn't satisfy your expectations. For all payment data, receipt and delivery origin, MondoForza Pte Ltd will appear as vendor. This is the legal entity registered with ARCA in Singapore, which owns and operates "The Pet Fashion Society".

Sizing Guide

We recommend that you use a flexible tape measure to find the proper dog clothing and accessory size. It is not reliable to size items based on your pet's breed or weight. There are many different breeds and it is difficult to determine sizing based only on weight, as it can be distributed differently for each pet.

If your pet's measurement falls in between two sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size. Please note that the lengths on the size charts may represent the size of the dog or the size of the garment as this varies between different brands. The correct size reference will be stated on each individual size chart.

Please use a flexible tape measure to ensure an accurate reading and measure your pet how you would like the garment to fit. The tape measure should not be tight against your pet's body or pressing down on your pet's fur. Some dogs have thicker, fluffier fur than others, and measuring too tightly often results in the garment pressing down on the fur, making him or her uncomfortable or the item will be too tight - adjust your measurement to account for thicker fur.

Neck – Measure the neck length as you would for a collar. Allow some leeway for a comfortable fit.

Chest - Measure around the chest at its widest point, which is typically right behind the front legs. Allow some leeway for a comfortable fit.

Body Length - Measure along the dog's backbone from the base of the head to the base of the tail. This is from the base where the collar rests to where the tail is attached.

If neck, chest and body length measurements are listed on the size chart for an item, take into account all measurements and choose the item that best encompasses all measurements. The chest measurement is the most important of the three to consider.

Do check the individual product size reference chart for each product as this varies between brands and in some cases also products belonging to the same brand.

Payments & Delivery

The Pet Fashion Society uses Paypal and iBanking for payments. Paypal is an absolutely secure payment method that will allow you to conveniently pay for the order by directly accessing your Paypal account. For customers without an Paypal account just simply need to enter your credit card details into the Paypal interface where the payment will be securely processed. The data relevant to your account and credit card details will be managed by Paypal, which will inform us via email that the payment has been carried out.

We only accept payment in Singapore Dollars bank transfer or internet banking for this mode of payment. The buyer shall pay for bank charges, if any if levied by the bank. We must receive the exact total amount as indicated in your order plus any shipment charges. Otherwise, order would not be processed until we have received payment for the differences. The Pet Fashion Society accepts orders from customers worldwide and aims to execute the order within 3 working days of its reception. Depending on the destination of your order we entrust two carriers, Ta-Q-Bin for local Singapore island wide deliveries and FedEx for all international orders. For custom products originating outside of Singapore we use FedEx, irrespective of the destination. Custom products will be clearly stated on the product detail page including estimated delivery lead-times. For all orders we do however reserve the right to use alternative carriers as we see fit.

If you need any help, you can contact the carriers directly by calling the toll-free numbers or you can contact us directly to ask for any information. We will contact the express carriers directly so that you can have your order as soon as possible.


For local Singapore orders (excluding custom products), Ta-Q-Bin offers next day deliveries. Upon check-out you may specify if you wish to receive the delivery on a Weekday, Saturday or Sunday/Public Holiday. You may also select between five different time intervals during the day, ranging from 8am to 9pm.


FedEx deliveries ensures you will receive your order fast, anywhere in the world. The shipment is carried out by air and delivery time typically varies from 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination. For remote rural destinations the delivery lead-time may be a few days longer.

The first delivery attempt will be performed without calling you in advance. If the carrier does not find anyone at the specified address, he will deliver a note with the information necessary for you to contact the carrier's customer care office and agree upon a second delivery day. The Customer Care of The Pet Fashion Society will check on the shipment until the delivery and contact you in the event of problems.

Custom Taxes for international orders

The customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and the amount is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where goods are sent. The amount of customs taxes will be communicated to you by the carrier after the goods have reached their destination. In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, The Pet Fashion Society bears no responsibility to refund the buyer.

Post Sale Assistance

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it no later than 7 working days from the receipt of the goods. The products must be returned intact, in original packing and no later than 7 working days after contacting us. The person in charge with after-sales assistance will contact you to provide you with the information necessary to send the products back to our premises.

Conditions to correctly exercise the return policy

To exercise your return policy, please follow these simple conditions to obtain the reimbursement of what you paid for the returned product:

  • The communication of the intention to return a product must be carried out within and no later than 7 working days from the delivery. If the communication is not received within that period, your request will not be considered.
  • The product must be sent back in a unique shipment and in its original package. We will not accept returns belonging to the same order but sent at two different times.
  • The product must be sent back intact and must not be used or damaged.

If the above conditions are followed, we will reimburse you for the product price, excluding shipping cost, of the returned products.

In the event that the above-listed conditions are not followed, or if the returned items are damaged or used, The Pet Fashion Society reserves the right not to accept them. In that case, you can decide to take back the purchased items, but you will need to pay the shipment expenses. After this shipment, it will not be possible to return the items again.

The reimbursement of the total amount of items will be carried out within 30 days from the item receipt date. The reimbursement will be carried out directly to your Paypal account and will be visible immediately, Paypal will send you communication of the reimbursement and later our Customer Care service will contact you by email as well. If paid via iBanking we will refund accordingly, deducting any prevailing bank changes from the refund amount.

You can return the product with the method you prefer by means of a carrier or by post. The shipment costs will be charged to you if:

  • The size of the product you purchased is not correct.
  • The product you purchased does not meet your expectations.

The shipment costs will be charged to us if:

  • One or more products you received do not correspond to what you ordered.
  • The products you received have clear production defects.
  • In this case, we will book the collection of the product with our carrier so that you can return the purchased products without paying the shipment expenses.
